Adviesgroep ‘88 is a recruitment agency that has been recruiting Accountants and Tax Lawyers for Accounting firms in the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles since 1988.

Due to the severe shortage of accounting & tax talent in the Netherlands, we have developed innovative solutions to support our clients with their staffing shortages. Based in South Africa, we offer Dutch accounting firms direct access to flexible, hybrid teams ready to strengthen your business.

We are specialized in accounting from A-Z and preparation of financial statements, monthly reports and draft financial statements.​

Payroll processing

Our payroll administrators are specialists in Loket or NMBRS. We now process now already more than 5,000 slips per month for our clients.

Prior to the formalizing the collaboration we will discuss the specific needs, software packages, workload, etc. Then we will put together a dedicated team in order to successfully carry out the assignment.

In bringing together the best team, we only select candidates with multiple years of experience. After interviews, we do a reference check, assessment, police-background (VOG) check and knowledge of the English language

After assigning the team to our client, we together handle the onboarding process, for a smooth landing. We support new colleagues during their first weeks, guiding them where necessary and helping them adjust to the work culture and expectations.

For smooth integration and collaboration, we facilitate our new colleagues to come to the Netherlands quickly. They then effectively spent time to get to know the (work) culture and people better. This underlines our partnership and is part of joint success.
